- Information you give us. Your name and email, and optionally your phone number, the ZIP code of your site, whether you’re a homeowner, builder, or developer, and why you’re reaching out. Our quote tool asks for a little more — what you’re building, which kit and size you’re considering, your timeline, and whether you own your land.
- Messages you send us. Anything you write in a contact form or email.
- Usage data. Standard analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, time on page, and how you found us — collected through cookies and similar technologies.
02What we don’t collect here
This site has no accounts and no checkout. We don’t take payment on it, and we don’t ask for or store payment details, government IDs, or financial account numbers through this website. If you go on to reserve or order a kit, payment is handled separately through our order process, and you’ll be told at the time exactly how.
03Why we use it
- To price your kit, including freight to your site, and to send you that quote
- To answer your questions and follow up about your project
- To send marketing email — only if you’ve opted in, and you can stop at any time
- To understand what’s working on the site and improve it
- For security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
06What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising or affiliate marketing. Telling us about your project is not an invitation for anyone else to contact you.
07How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you’d like yours removed sooner, ask us and we will.
08Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage online is completely secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security.
09Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing, at any time — use the contact form or reply to any email from us. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
10Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we’ll delete it promptly.
11Where we operate
We are based in North Carolina and ship throughout the continental United States. This site is intended for U.S. residents, and we comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
